The mission of Conexión Américas is to build a welcoming community and create opportunities where Latino families can belong, contribute, and succeed. Conexión Américas focuses on advocating for, and supporting the integration of, Latino families in three inter-dependent areas of human development: Social Integration, Economic Integration, and Civic Integration.

Conexión Next is a network of young professionals committed to the mission of Conexión Américas. The group provides members with opportunities for professional development, networking, mentorship, volunteerism, and social activism that empower them to be more active and engaged members of the Nashville community.

In 2021-2022 we met our goal of connecting young professionals to the work of Conexión Américas, providing members with opportunities for professional development, networking, mentorship, volunteerism, and social activism that empowered them to be more active and engaged members of the Nashville community.

We look ahead to the upcoming year with gratitude and optimism. We are excited to work with the Conexión Next Ambassadors and other young professionals in supporting Conexión Américas’ mission to build a welcoming community and create opportunities where Latino families can belong, contribute, and succeed.
